Do you service woodwind instruments?

We specialize in brass musical instruments. We do not provide any repair, modification, or customization services on woodwind, string, or percussion instruments.

Do you provide quotes before servicing my instrument?

Yes! While discussing services and products, we will ask you whether you would like a quote. If you answer yes, we will provide you a quote before we do any service to your instrument. Once you approve the quoted services and products we will proceed. 1. Quotes can be provided via email, mail, or phone. 2. Quotes are guaranteed for 30 calendar days from the "Sent Date", unless otherwise noted within the quote. 3. Authorization to begin work on quoted services can be provided via phone, email, or in person. 4. No service will be performed, and no parts will be ordered until authorization is received from the customer. To receive expediated service we recommend responding quickly.

How will I know when service on my instrument(s) is completed?

You have the following options for notification of completed services to your instrument(s). 1. Phone Call 2. Text Message 3. Email NOTE: One or all methods can be provided. Just notify our staff which method(s) of notification you would like to receive.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: 1. Cash (US Currency) 2. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) 3. Check (Personal & Cashier) 4. Money Order 5. ACH (Certain Limitations May Apply)

Can I ship an instrument for service?

Where do you ship?

We ship within: 1. Lower 48 of the United States (USPS, FedEx, and UPS) 2. Alaska and Hawaii (USPS, FedEx, and USPS) (additional fees may apply) 3. Outside the United Continential United States (please contact us at: fees may apply)

Do you pick-up and/or drop-off serviced instruments and products?
