For sale is this Used Benge 3X+ Bb Professional Trumpet with a Lacquer finish.
This model was built with the popular 3X Bell which has a darker and more open sound that the 2X. It also is equipped with the standard #53 leadpipe. The plus (+) means that this trumpet has the MLP Bore (.464"). The combined sound is powerful and rich but still controlled.
Serial #5753 dates this instrument to approximately 1961. Due to its age, the Lacquer finish is fairly compromised but the instrument is in good playing condition with smooth valves and slide action.
The original Benge hard shell case is included.
The instrument has had a full external and internal inspection. It has been fully Professionally Cleaned and Serviced by our experienced Command Brass - Brass Technicians. All Piston Felts, Water Key Corks have been replaced.
